Our Meats at Butchers Bistro

All of our meat is raised locally, the vast majority coming fresh from our very own Bodmin Moor.

Selecting only the highest quality free-range stock, Chris really comes into his own here as a Master Butcher.

Butcher's Bistro Meats are supplied to us by our son who runs our family owned Butchers.

The Meat is sourced from local Cornish farms, where we prefer moorland cattle for the exquisite flavour.

All of our Steaks are matured for a minimum of 21 days & hung on the bone.
