

All of the Butcher's Bistro Meats are supplied to us by our son who runs our family owned Butchers.
The Meat is sourced from local Cornish farms, where we prefer moorland cattle for the exquisite flavour.
All of our Steaks are matured for a minimum of 21 days & hung on the bone.
